Sales Manager

Experience :

5 – 6 Years

Description :

• Break through new clients
• Forge new alliances with major software product companies (for training partnerships) and educational institutes (for offering training programs for them)
• Improve sales realization
• Pricing strategies
• Build new verticals, such as retail training, academic institutions, e-Learning, virtual
• classroom, etc.
• Position Pragati Software as a learning consultancy organization, as a way of higher value-add services
• Preparation of sales and marketing budget
• Relationship building with key customers, including periodic visits to them
This will also include building the Trainer Network
• Sourcing the Trainers/Consultant as per the Business Requirement for PAN India.
• Negotiations rate with Trainer/Consultant/ Infrastructure Vendor.
• Training Need Identification and Performance Needs Analysis
• Estimation of Training Cost & Benefits Analysis
• Identification & Hiring of Quality Instructors and Materials
• Infrastructure Vendor Management PAN India
• Training opportunities, technical communications and liable indirectly for achieving the targets of the sales
• Process the training leads on a day-to day basis
