About Mr. Pradyumn Sharma

Mr. Pradyumn Sharma’s journey in the IT industry is a story of vision, resilience, and a deep-seated passion for empowering others through knowledge. After earning a Bachelor’s in Science from Rajasthan University and completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, Mr. Pradyumn began his career as a programmer at CMC Limited. It was there, while conducting internal training, that he discovered his true calling: teaching.
Over the years, Mr. Pradyumn wore many hats—Software Developer, Designer, Architect, Database Administrator, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Tester. These roles built a unique, 360-degree understanding of IT, sparking his desire to create Pragati Software Pvt. Ltd. in 1990. Initially focused on software development, Pragati evolved into a full-fledgedcorporate training company by 2000. With Pradyumn at the helm as CEO, Pragati has become a leading provider of customized, practical training, bridging gaps and addressing the real-world challenges IT professionals face.
Mr. Pradyumn’s influence extends beyond Pragati; as President of Veda-Sansthan in New Delhi since 2011, he champions education and growth in various fields. His journey from programmer to CEO and educator stands as an inspiring testament to the power of knowledge, adaptability, and leadership in the dynamic world of IT.
